| Q - What happens when Someone fills out my form and submits it? Where does the data go? A - When a client fills out your form and submits it, the data first gets recorded to your comxl account. Then a notification gets sent to your email address with the information that was submitted. Login to ComXL and click on HOME. To the right of the forms click the tablet icon or, if you do not know which one it is then hover over them until you find the FORM DATA icon. Click on this and it will show you everyone that has opted into your business via the forms. This is very inportant information for future use when you are promoting or marketing. Q - What will happen if I do not upgrade my account in time? A - If you know you cannot upgrade your account in time, please email us and let us know. If the account is not upgraded in the required time, the form will cease to function. Once the account is upgraded the form will resume full functionality.
