Q - What happens when Someone fills out my form and submits it? Where does the data go?

A - When a client fills out your form and submits it, the data first gets recorded to your comxl account. Then a notification gets sent to your email address with the information that was submitted. Login to ComXL and click on HOME. To the right of the forms click the tablet icon or, if you do not know which one it is then hover over them until you find the FORM DATA icon. Click on this and it will show you everyone that has opted into your business via the forms. This is very inportant information for future use when you are promoting or marketing.

Q - What will happen if I do not upgrade my account in time?

A - If you know you cannot upgrade your account in time, please email us and let us know. If the account is not upgraded in the required time, the form will cease to function. Once the account is upgraded the form will resume full functionality.

Q - Why should I create a form in ComXL when I can have my designer make one for me?

A - The benefits of creating a form with ComXL are:

• Information clients submit is stored in your account.
• Already organized information to view stats.
• Download email addresses or first name last name in different formats for other apps.

Q - Does ComXL provide any other services?

Q - What if I already have forms with a different internet site?

A - The easy way to make the change to ComXL is to recreate the forms first so they are ready and then replace them on your web sites so experience less down time.

Q - What questions or fields does ComXL suggest I add to my forms?

A - Good questions to add on your forms are as follows:

• Email Address - This is most imperative and should be on every form. (This should be a required field)
• First and Last Name - You want to know whom you are working with (This should be a required field)
• How did you hear about us - This helps you with your marketing, great field to include for stats.
